Terms and conditions for booking and renting holiday homes in Sirdal Holiday Homes AS<\/strong><\/p>

These terms and conditions apply to booking and renting our holiday homes through sirdalholidayhomes.no. The agreement is binding for both parties once Sirdal Holiday Homes AS has registered your booking.<\/p>

The contracting parties<\/strong>
These terms and conditions apply between you and Sirdal Holiday Homes AS \u2013 org.
No. 9313 05 115 VAT \u2013 Sirdalsveien 7432, 4443 Tj\u00f8rholm.<\/p>

The lease includes<\/strong>
The rental agreement covers stays in one or more of our holiday homes, including any additional services ordered via sirdalholidayhomes.no. Sirdal Holiday Homes AS reserves the right to make changes to the products and services, and to add or remove additional products.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Mandatory final cleaning must be added manually to the shopping cart when ordering.<\/strong> If this is not done, final cleaning will be invoiced afterwards. The tenant is nevertheless obliged to pay for final cleaning as part of the tenancy.<\/p>

Check-in and check-out
<\/strong>Check-in time: from 16:00
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
During the winter season, earlier check-in and later check-out may be possible. Please email us.
The tenant must be over 23 years of age and is responsible for the holiday home, furnishings and associated areas during the stay. The holiday home and area must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damage to the holiday home, furnishings or area as a result of negligence may be invoiced to the tenant.<\/p>

Pets and smoking
<\/strong>Pets are only allowed in some of the holiday homes, due to allergy concerns. Please ask in advance. Smoking is not allowed in any of the cottages.
<\/strong><\/p>

Complaints<\/strong>
Defects or damage must be reported as soon as possible to post@sirdalholidayhomes.no and not after the stay. Sirdal Holiday Homes AS's liability in the event of a complaint is limited to the amount paid for the stay in the relevant period. Subsequent costs are not covered.<\/p>

Rights and responsibilities<\/strong>
The tenant is responsible for the holiday home and equipment during the stay. Damage resulting from irresponsible use will be invoiced. The rental agreement is personal and cannot be transferred without written agreement with Sirdal Holiday Homes AS.<\/p>

Cancellation and duration of rental agreement<\/strong>
The rental agreement only applies to the period that has been ordered and paid for.
Cancellation up to four weeks before your stay: 100 % refund minus a fee of 249 NOK Cancellation up to two weeks before your stay: 50 % refund minus a fee of 249 NOK Cancellation later than two weeks before your stay: No refund Cancellation must be sent by email to post@sirdalholidayhomes.no. In case of cancellation due to illness, it is recommended to contact your travel insurance.
In the event of unforeseen events beyond our control, such as weather and climate, your stay may be moved or cancelled by Sirdal Holiday Homes AS.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
The right of withdrawal applies up to 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement, as long as the stay has not started. This means that if you book a stay and change your mind within 14 days, you can cancel without having to give any specific reason.
If the booking is made within 14 days before your stay, the right of cancellation does not apply.<\/p>

Privacy<\/strong>
By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to Sirdal Holiday Homes AS processing your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>

Prices and payment<\/strong>
All prices listed on sirdalholidayhomes.no include VAT. Payment for accommodation and additional services can be made online by card, Sirdal Holiday Homes AS reserves the right to change prices on future bookings.<\/p>

Changes to terms<\/strong>
These terms and conditions apply from the date of conclusion of the agreement until new terms and conditions are published on sirdalholidayhomes.no.<\/p>
